You can request deletion of your Oyna Hadi account and associated data by contacting EgKa Soft at the email address below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@egkasoft.com.
- Use the subject line: Oyna Hadi Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address or username used in the app.
- We will verify the request and process account deletion.
Data deleted
- Account and profile information.
- Authentication-related account records.
- Friend relationships and pending friend requests.
- Push notification tokens linked to the account.
Data retained
Some gameplay, score, security, or operational records may be retained for a limited period when required for fraud prevention, service integrity, legal obligations, or aggregated analytics. Retained data is minimized and no longer used to identify an active user profile.
Processing time
Account deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days after verification.
